Drug Product Manufacturing Associate I - Formulations 2nd Shift

Entry-level manufacturing associate role focused on drug product formulation and cGMP production operations. The position involves executing manufacturing procedures, operating specialized equipment, and supporting regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment on a 2nd shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing tasks including sterile filtration, formulation, in-process testing, and component preparation per SOPs
- Operate production equipment including TFF systems, rotavaps, microfluidizers, homogenizers, autoclaves, and CIP systems
- Maintain aseptic operations qualification in Grade A-D cleanroom manufacturing areas
- Complete and review batch records accurately and support Master Batch Record revisions
- Collaborate on troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and product development activities
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in life sciences preferred
- 0-2 years of manufacturing or laboratory experience
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed directions in GMP manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with cGMP regulations, machine operations, and data entry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within prescribed guidelines
Compensation: $21.69-$24.41 hourly plus annual performance bonus eligibility
