Drug Product Manufacturing Associate II - Formulations 1st Shift

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Drug Product Manufacturing Associate II to execute routine production and manufacturing procedures for formulations in a cGMP-regulated environment. The role involves sterile processing, batch documentation, equipment operation, and collaboration with technical teams to support drug product manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine manufacturing tasks and production procedures per SOPs and cGMP regulations
• Perform visual inspections of tanks and bulk substances; prepare components and solutions
• Conduct sterile filtration, formulation work, and in-process testing in sterile environment
• Prepare and coordinate sterilization of materials using autoclave or depyrogenation equipment
• Document, complete, and review batch records accurately and maintain cGMP-compliant workspace

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in life sciences preferred
• 2-4 years of manufacturing, laboratory, mechanical, or engineering experience
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• Knowledge of cGMP, machine operations, and data entry systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed scientific procedures
• Capability to work in sterile suite environments

Compensation: $26.73-$30.07 per hour plus annual performance bonus eligibility
