Production PlannerWe are looking for a Production Planner to join our Circular Products (CP) Winsted team. The Production Planner is responsible for performing a variety of planning and scheduling activities to support production and meet customer needs.This role is onsite in Winsted, MN.Job Title: Production Planner Location: Onsite in Winsted, MN Salary Range: $27.12 - $32.12/hour (non-exempt) (In compliance with Minnesota Pay Transparency Law, this range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.) Shift Schedule: 1st shift Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm Shift Differential: 1st shift - N/AAs a Production Planner you will:Communicates daily and weekly customer schedule priorities to appropriate departmentsParticipates in continuous improvement activitiesSupports daily equipment and process schedules for assigned departmentsTracks and analyzes department wanding hours for productivity reportingPrepares and communicates labor and productivity reportsResponsible for issuing material within ERP systemEnsures material availability within ERP system is accurateUnderstands material demand and supply and signals procurement regarding needs and shortagesEscalates issues appropriatelyAssist and support the Planning team as neededRole qualifications as a Production Planner:Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environmentPreferred candidates will have prior planning experience in a manufacturing settingProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with MRP/ERPStrong organizational, time management and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of production processes and best practicesAbility to read and understand required internal manufacturing paperwork including blueprintsMust be able to communicate clearly and effectively; capable of listening intentlyAbility to work with others as part of a high-performance teamAdapt to changing work prioritiesJoin Millerbernd Manufacturing – Where Your Career Can Take ShapeAt Millerbernd, we don't just offer jobs—we build careers.
