Join John Alderson Inc, a renowned customer service-focused company located in the heart of Daleville, Virginia. John Alderson Agency is a 61 year old company. We pride ourselves on our dedication to providing top-quality service and building lasting relationships with our clients. In this role as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our company, assisting clients with their insurance inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
Personal Lines Insurance position. Experienced as a licensed insurance agent in Virginia with provable experience within an Independent Agency.
Salary negotiable based on experience. Professionals urged to apply. If no Independent Agency experience then five years with a Captive Agency will be considered.
Base salary is $45,000 to $60,000 based on experience.
Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously, assisting with policy-related questions and clarifications.
Policy Management: Process policy changes, updates, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
Issue Resolution: Address any concerns or issues raised by customers, striving to resolve them effectively and in a timely manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Customer Education: Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and policy details to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Virginia Property & Casualty License required.
