Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager-Property Mgmnt for a direct hire opportunity in San Jose, CA. This role is ideal for a commercial property operations professional who enjoys leading building operations, improving asset performance, managing vendors, and partnering with cross-functional real estate teams. The Operations Manager-Property Mgmnt will support the operational performance of commercial real estate assets, including building systems, service delivery, capital projects, operating expenses, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations for commercial properties, including building systems, maintenance programs, service delivery, and operational standards. Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, inspections, and performance expectations to ensure quality, cost control, and timely completion of work. Support operating budgets, expense tracking, capital planning, and operational reporting in partnership with property management and accounting teams. Lead or coordinate capital improvement projects, tenant improvement support, repairs, preventative maintenance, and building upgrades. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, risk management practices, and established property policies. Partner with internal stakeholders to improve tenant satisfaction, asset performance, operational efficiency, and long-term property value. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity. Salary range: $135,000 to $150,000 per year. Location: San Jose, CA.
