Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients with diverse medical conditions.
• Evaluate and treat patients in various hospital areas, including Acute, Medical, ICU, and Inpatient Rehab.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively regarding patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with occupational therapy standards and hospital policies.
• Float between units as needed to meet patient care demands.

Qualifications

• Current WA state license in Occupational Therapy.
• At least 1 year of acute care experience required.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Strong skills in edema massage, functional splints, kinesiotaping, orthoplast, and static splints.
• Ability to work flexibly across various hospital units.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
