This position will be based at our Salt Lake City, UT facility.L3Harris is seeking a Systems Engineer with a strong focus on Integration and Test (I&T) to support the development, verification, and validation of complex systems. This role is responsible for planning and executing systems integration activities, developing test strategies, and ensuring system performance meets defined requirements across hardware, software, and networked components.Essential ResponsibilitiesSupport systems integration and test activities across multiple subsystems and platformsDevelop and maintain integration and test plans, procedures, and reportsDefine and execute verification and validation (V&V) strategies to ensure requirements complianceCollaborate with systems, software, hardware, mechanical, and networking engineering teams to resolve integration issuesSupport test event planning, including lab, ground, and field test activitiesAnalyze test results, document findings, and provide recommendations for system improvementsEnsure traceability between requirements, test cases, and verification resultsParticipate in design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.) and provide I&T inputDevelop and maintain test environments, including test tools, scripts, and automation frameworksSupport configuration management and ensure proper version control during integration activitiesQualificationsBachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
