Accounts Receivable Coordinator

As an accounts receivable coordinator, you'll provide payment processing on multiple accounts at Progressive. You'll be responsible for applying payments and adjusting transactions to policies and claims, issuing drafts, handling NSF checks, and daily deposits of policy and claims receivables. Additionally, you'll follow all unit procedures and guidelines to assist in the completion of various accounting and processing duties while staying in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Must-have qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher; and
- A minimum of one year experience in a related accounts receivable role and/or equivalent accounting support role.
Preferred skills
- Expert-level data entry and Excel skills
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and training colleagues
- Demonstrated communication skills including verbal, written and presentation abilities
- Strong timeliness, accuracy, and attention to detail in conjunction with strong documentation skills
Compensation
- $33,900 - $42,400/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
