Marketing Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

Webinar & Virtual Event Management

• Oversee the setup, execution, and quality control of webinars, virtual meetings, and online events.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure a seamless attendee experience.
• Evaluate and improve webinar and virtual event processes, technologies, and workflows.
• Expand and optimize video capabilities, event recordings, and on-demand content delivery.
• Provide training and support to team members responsible for event promotion and email communications.

Marketing Technology Support

• Serve as an internal subject matter expert for marketing technology platforms, including webinar, CRM, email marketing, website content management, analytics, and experience management systems.
• Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, training, and best-practice guidance.
• Assist with testing, implementation, and adoption of new technologies and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, templates, and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across marketing technology platforms and workflows.

Content & Thought Leadership Support

• Support the creation, publication, and distribution of thought leadership content, including client alerts, articles, blogs, and digital communications.
• Manage content updates within website content management systems and email marketing platforms.

Marketing Operations & Project Coordination

• Monitor project workflows and team capacity using internal tracking systems.
• Assist with work allocation, project prioritization, and status reporting.
• Provide support and guidance to marketing and business development professionals responsible for webinars, virtual events, and technology-driven initiatives.
• Help maintain marketing databases and targeted mailing lists aligned with business development goals and client interests.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with internal technology teams to optimize platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations.
• Coordinate with external technology vendors to implement enhancements, resolve technical challenges, and maximize platform value.
• Stay informed of emerging marketing technology trends and recommend innovative solutions.

Data Management & Analytics

• Maintain department distribution lists and marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Generate and analyze performance metrics related to website traffic, email marketing campaigns, webinars, and digital engagement.
• Develop reports and insights that support strategic marketing and business development decisions.
• Utilize analytics tools and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree required.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, information technology, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Professional services experience preferred; legal, consulting, accounting, or other client-service environments are a plus.
