Contract | Nights | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Transplant Medical-Surgical / Telemetry / Step-Down Unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess transplant and medical-surgical patients, responding to changes in patient condition
• Perform telemetry monitoring and interpret cardiac rhythms as part of ongoing patient assessment
• Assume intermittent charge nurse responsibilities as needed, with charge training and shadowing provided
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or Step-Down nursing
• Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Availability for night shift scheduling

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a transplant or specialty medical-surgical setting
• Previous charge nurse experience or willingness to develop charge nurse competencies
• Telemetry certification or demonstrated cardiac monitoring proficiency
