Ownership over your desk, opportunity to deliver and develop in your own way Expertise and financial backing to build your desk and career Increase in overall base / package (high earning potential) Extensive global client and candidate database Flexibility with the option of hybrid or fully remote working Accelerated career progression, transparency around targets and expectations Reward and recognition at every step International relocation opportunities after 12 months Learning & development throughout your career Functions Of the Role Building, managing and leveraging relationships with a range of existing and prospective clients and candidates Attending client meetings, developing an expert understanding of client requirements and expectations Identifying, approaching, and attracting prospect candidates and clients within your specific market using a variety of sources and strategies Consistently hitting weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI’s in order to exceed financial targets Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings, and interviewing potential candidates Managing recruitment processes: Presenting suitable candidates to clients for review Arranging and coordinate interview processes Preparing candidates for interviews to ensure they perform optimally Managing the offer process, negotiating salary and other terms and conditions Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in Bullhorn or other required systems Coordinating resources to ensure all vacancies are properly worked Representing the organisation as an ambassador at sector specific conferences and other external events Developing market knowledge by staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices. Providing insights and advice to clients regarding market conditions and talent availability Skills We Look For Proven success in a previous Recruitment Consultant position (or above) in an agency setting A demonstrable high-level of ambition to deliver with drive, enthusiasm and professionalism A willingness to become a thought-leader in your area – we pride ourselves on our specialist knowledge and provide training and mentorship to all our consultants.
