Employee Development Specialist Job Type: Regular The Employee Development Specialist will provide and coordinate training and development programs at the facility, ensuring compliance with State, Federal, and facility standards and enhancing staff skills. Responsibilities Assist in planning, designing, and implementing specialized training, including workshops, seminars, and coursework. Assess training needs of staff at all levels in cooperation with other staff members. Prepare written reports and administer testing for employees enrolled in courses. Schedule required staff training opportunities and coordinate training for all staff. Identify, recommend, and prioritize training needs beyond required training. Education / Experience BA/BS degree in Human Services or an Associate of Arts degree and three years of experience in Human Services, or equivalent to three years’ experience working in IDD.
