Contracts Specialist

*Description*
Job Summary:
Provide contract administration support to the CLM team and primarily working with another team on a project to clean up the current contract database
Job Expectations:
1. Primary project: organize, sort through Company contracts and upload any agreements to the current contract system; track agreements and provide reporting on status of contracts as needed; data entry; working in excel spreadsheet; contract administrative duties
2. Secondary work if time allows: The Contract Specialist Associate is responsible for assisting with managing and maintaining low risk supply, equipment, equipment maintenance and/or standard purchased service contracts in the current contract system; executing agreements; price activating group purchasing organization (GPO) contracts; and other contract administrative tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications to Fulfill Job Responsibilities:
Required Education
* Associate Degree or paralegal, (is acceptable)
Experience
* 3 years of contract experience
License/Certification/Registration

* Bachelor's Degree

* 5 years of progressive experience in contract experience

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $33.00/hr.
