District Sales ExecutiveMajor Duties and Responsibilities:Create and distribute weekly sales reportsMaintain up to date account of progress on target accountsMake 15 sales calls (visits) each week and record them in CRM database (60% target accounts, 30% prospects, 10% retention)Send weekly call summary and next week's plan to District Sales ManagerActively participate in local trade groups to promote added-value and customized solutions to clientsAssess market industry for trends and communicate them to operationsManage assigned territory and demonstrate extensive knowledge of potential customers in this areaMeet expected contribution to revenue for new and existing accountsGenerate at least 10 qualified sales leads per month to help maintain at least 30 ongoing active target accountsAssist the District Sales Manager with the preparation of annual budgetsConsistently reply to requests for information, sales leads or rates to clientsActively participate in in branch sales meeting and contribute to district sales programManage an assigned territory and demonstrate extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors in this areaTimely data entry in our Customer Relationship Management toolOrchestrate customer / branch relationships and collaborate with regional Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management resourcesParticipate in the creation of value-added solutions for customer's logistics needs, including supporting diagrams and cost-benefit calculationsSupport the transition of new accounts through customer introductions, information transfer, and securing any necessary customer paperwork.
