Zaragoza Insurance Agency is looking for motivated individuals who want an opportunity to learn, grow, become professionally licensed, and build a successful career in the insurance industry.
You'll start in a Customer Service Representative role where you'll learn our business from the ground up, work directly with customers, and develop valuable insurance and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Help customers with questions and policy needs
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Make outbound calls
- Update customer information and maintain accurate account records
- Assist with renewals, documents, policy changes, and account follow-up
- Identify additional insurance needs and opportunities
- Learn insurance products, systems, and agency processes
- Work toward becoming a licensed insurance professional
