Internal Communications Specialist PartTime Temp Contract

Job Description Manage and help develop internal communications initiatives that keep employees informed and engaged with company goals, priorities, and activities. Identify and leverage opportunities to promote organizational initiatives, achievements, and key messages through internal communication channels. Plan, coordinate, and execute employee-facing events, including quarterly all-hands meetings. Create and distribute internal newsletters, intranet content, employee announcements, and other communications materials. Support initiatives that foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and open communication across the organization. Ensure communications are delivered in a clear, concise, and engaging manner tailored to diverse employee audiences. Qualifications: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. At least one year of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or a related role. Demonstrated experience supporting employee communications and engagement initiatives. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, accessible messaging for a variety of audiences. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint. Preferred Experience supporting communications within a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace environment. Familiarity with employee engagement programs, event communications, and intranet content management.
