Job Description

The Senior Superintendent - Commercial will report into senior leadership and take ownership of field execution across multiple commercial projects. You will partner closely with Project Managers who oversee master scheduling while you lead delivery onsite.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple commercial projects
• Manage and drive 3-week lookahead schedules aligned with the master plan
• Lead subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery
• Maintain quality, safety, and schedule performance across all phases
• Collaborate with Project Managers on planning, sequencing, and logistics
• Utilize Procore and Microsoft Project for coordination and reporting
• Proactively identify risks and drive solutions in the field

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Superintendent on commercial projects
• Strong tenure history (demonstrating long-term commitments with employers)
• Background progressing from trades or field-based roles preferred
• Well-rounded project experience across multiple asset classes
• Hands-on, field-first leadership style with proactive mindset
• Experience managing short-term scheduling and site execution
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project
• Regionally based professional with understanding of local market dynamics
