LPN/LVN Outpatient

Join our team as a dedicated LPN/LVN in an outpatient care setting. In this role, you will provide essential nursing support to patients receiving treatment or consultations, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with basic patient care tasks such as dressing changes or mobility support.
• Document patient observations and report changes in condition to the supervising RN or physician.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication instructions, and follow-up care.
• Assist in preparing patients for procedures or examinations and ensure a clean and organized treatment area.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans for patients.

Work Environment:

• The role is based in outpatient clinics or specialty care centers where LPNs/LVNs work closely with patients requiring routine or specialized care.
