About This Role

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team! Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children, creating a warm and engaging classroom environment, and supporting their development through structured learning and play. • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each child
• Establish a safe, loving, and structured classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth
• Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being
• Support the development of social, emotional, and cognitive skills through play and structured activities
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that reflects our center's high standards
• Build strong relationships with parents and staff through effective communication
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and center policies
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and transitions, to create a smooth and efficient classroom experience

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be active throughout the day
• CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must meet all Georgia Bright from the Start licensing requirements
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High School Diploma or GED required (CDA or higher preferred)

• Knowledge of early childhood development is a bonus, but not a requirement
• Previous childcare or preschool experience is preferred, but not necessary
