About This Role

We seek a Toddler Teacher to join our team at our Christian-based childcare and learning center. Our mission is to provide a safe, loving, and faith-filled environment where children can grow spiritually, emotionally, socially, and academically. This role would be a great fit for someone who is passionate about nurturing young minds and hearts.

• Teach and care for toddlers (typically ages 1–2) in a way that is engaging and supportive of their growth and development.
• Create a positive, Christ-centered classroom environment that fosters a love for learning and a love for God.
• Develop and implement hands-on activities that are aligned with developmental milestones and are both fun and educational.
• Keep parents informed about their child's progress and needs through daily communication.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that supports learning and growth.
• Help children develop their spiritual growth through prayer, songs, and simple Bible lessons.

• Must have a heart for children and a love for Jesus Christ.
• Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare or ministry setting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• A high school diploma or GED is required, and a CDA or early childhood education is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required (or we can help you obtain it).
• Able to meet state childcare licensing requirements, including a background check.
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

• Paid Holidays, Personal/Sick Leave, Paid 2 weeks off (Week of July 4th and Christmas Week)
