Own Database Operations And PerformanceAdminister and support SQL Server environments across on-premises and Azure platformsMonitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and proactively optimize database performanceManage transactional log processes, ensuring reliable restoration and data integrity across environmentsAnalyze workload patterns and implement tuning strategies to improve efficiency and scalability2. Drive Cloud And Infrastructure ExcellenceAdminister and enhance Azure-based data warehouse and database environmentsLead patching, upgrades, and release deployments to maintain security and performance standardsSupport cloud-native data solutions including Azure SQL, Data Factory, and Data LakesContribute to cloud architecture decisions and modernization initiatives3. Execute And Improve Database Systems And ProjectsDefine, plan, and coordinate database-related projects from concept through implementationParticipate in enterprise initiatives to upgrade or modernize database platformsIdentify system deficiencies and implement solutions that improve reliability and efficiencyMaintain up-to-date documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures4. Resolve Incidents And Maintain AvailabilityProvide 24x7x365 support coverage as part of a shared operations modelResolve incidents, service requests, and change orders in a timely, high-quality mannerAct as a technical escalation point for database-related issuesEnsure clear communication and status updates for all assigned work5.
