Systems Engineer (Simulation & Training) - Early Career

Overview Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer for Simulation and Training Products. Our products represent the world’s most advanced combat systems, supporting a variety of mission areas and uses. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of systems engineering principles and system integration and test. Must be a US Citizen and required to obtain a government security clearance. The position is located at a facility that requires special access. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Foundation in systems engineering principles, including requirements allocation, system integration and test or Linux/Unix based real‑time systems. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, and/or C++/C. Desired Skills Knowledge of Model-Based Engineering, Model‑Driven Architecture, and/or Systems Modeling Language (SysML). Experience with system integration and testing associated with software requirements verification and software system regression. Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools such as JIRA. Familiarity with UNIX and/or LINUX. Ability to work in a collaborative and team‑based environment. Security Clearance Statement Requires a government security clearance. Must be a US Citizen.
