Sales & Marketing Director

Job Description

Brandon Valley Media Group, LLC has an opening for a talented, creative, enthusiastic and self-motivated sales & marketing director (print and online advertising) to join our team. We are looking for a self-driven person with a strong work ethic and a determination to help us meet and/or exceed sales and revenue goals. Candidates should be able to develop creative campaigns and proposals to help local and regional clients achieve their business and marketing goals with our advertising offerings that include a weekly newspaper, shopper, website, annual community guide and various special sections.

This is a full-time (Monday thru Friday), base salary plus commission position.

Job Requirements

• Previous sales experience a plus, but not required.

• Digital marketing experience preferred.

• Organized

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as computer skills.

• Outstanding relationship-building skills, solid networking skills and ability to develop business opportunities through a variety of channels.

• Knowledge/experience of advertising layout/design.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• A team-like attitude is essential.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required, as well as proof of insurance.

• Ability to interact with all facets of the community.
