Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and treatment planning tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples while also providing individual support to each partner as necessary.
\n
• Addressing a range of issues including alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, communication difficulties, family conflicts, and adjustment challenges related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to empower clients and foster personal growth.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and adjustments to care plans in compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Ideal candidate will work effectively with diverse client populations. You will have the opportunity to engage with both adults and child/adolescent clients, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the developmental and emotional needs of each age group. You will encounter various challenges families face, from resolving sibling conflicts to addressing complex blended family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

To join our clinical team, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Illinois.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
