What You'll Do:
\n- \n
- Supervise and support all members of the rehab team across all disciplines \n
- Ensure clinical programs are operating effectively and consistently \n
- Lead and participate in all facility meetings as scheduled by the regional or management \n
- Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives \n
- Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards \n
- Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits \n
- Ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures \n
- Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Licensed therapist (PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP) in the state of practice \n
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting \n
- Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills \n
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance \n
- Ability to manage staff performance and clinical quality \n
