CNC Machine Operator

CNC Machine OperatorWe are hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a hands-on manufacturing position. This is not a passive machine-monitoring role. You will be actively involved in setting up and operating CNC equipment, making adjustments, checking finished parts, and maintaining production quality.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, dependable, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines and equipmentPrepare machines for production runs and job changesLoad and unload materials and finished partsFollow work orders, drawings, and production specificationsMonitor machine operation and make adjustments as neededInspect finished parts for quality and accuracyUse measuring tools to verify dimensions and specificationsIdentify and troubleshoot basic machine or production issuesMaintain consistent production and quality standardsPerform basic machine maintenance and housekeepingKeep the work area clean, organized, and safeFollow all safety procedures and production guidelinesComplete production and quality documentation as requiredQualificationsPrevious CNC machine operation or manufacturing experience preferredExperience with CNC setup is a plusStrong mechanical aptitudeGood attention to detail and accuracyAbility to read and follow work instructions and technical drawingsBasic math and measurement skillsComfortable using hand tools and measuring equipmentStrong problem-solving skillsDependable and self-motivatedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to quality and safety
