Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in machining or related field. * Proficient in operating CNC or manual lathes and mills. * Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling. * Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings. * Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
