Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce high-quality parts. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments. Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve production processes. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace. Assist in training junior machinists and interns. Document production processes and maintain accurate records. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in machining or related field. Proficient in operating CNC or manual lathes and mills. Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling. Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings. Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
