Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: this appears to be a placeholder, actual pay discussed upon application)

Salary Range: $136,822 $179,379 annually, based on experience

Up to $10,000 annually through Quality Value Incentive Plan (QVIP)

Relocation assistance up to $10,000 for eligible candidates

What You'll Do

Provide overnight trauma and acute care surgical services, managing trauma admissions, emergency surgeries, and inpatient care

Perform patient evaluations, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostic tests

Assist trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitation, and operative support

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Maintain documentation and workflows within Epic EMR

Practice autonomously while managing complex tasks efficiently

Contribute to quality, safety, and performance metrics of the Trauma Surgery service

Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership opportunities

What You Need

Active Colorado medical license and NCCPA certification (or equivalent)

Minimum of 2 years trauma surgical experience or completion of a surgical fellowship preferred

Strong clinical skills in trauma and emergency surgery

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to high standards of patient safety and care
