OSI Group’s Tipton plant seeks an HR Generalist to oversee employee relations, labor relations, staffing, EEO/AAP, benefits and safety programs in a union environment. You will provide direction and counsel on HR aspects of plant operations. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment and selection, maintaining HR/benefit files, enrolling employees in benefits via HRIS, supporting policy education, handling terminations, training, investigations, and processing HRIS transactions. #J-18808-Ljbffr OSI Group
