What You’ll Do Own projects and workstreams from problem definition through implementation Dig into processes, systems, and data to understand what is actually causing the problem Develop practical solutions and work directly with teams to put them in place Work across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Programs, Growth, and other teams Improve processes and systems that create delays, manual work, or poor handoffs Move quickly, keep stakeholders aligned, and stay with the work until the solution is in place Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience solving business or operational problems in fast-paced environments such as management consulting, startups, or private equity portfolio operations Experience carrying a problem from analysis through implementation High agency and high grit; takes ownership, learns quickly, and pushes through obstacles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work effectively with limited direction and manage multiple priorities at once Preferred Qualifications Quantitative or STEM background Location Onsite in Los Angeles (Simi Valley) or Washington, DC The Salary Range For This Role Is $139,000 - $212,000 AeroVironment considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the location, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
