What you’ll accomplish with us As a Director, US Taxation, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Shape and drive the strategic direction of the U.S. tax function in alignment with enterprise priorities, business growth objectives and the broader global tax vision. Provide oversight of U.S. tax compliance, tax accounting and financial reporting activities to ensure quality, timeliness and alignment with organizational expectations and regulatory requirements. Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing U.S. tax team by setting clear expectations, fostering accountability and creating strong alignment around strategic priorities. Act as a trusted business partner to Finance, Legal, Treasury and business leadership by providing strategic tax perspectives that support informed decision-making. Provide leadership on the identification, assessment and mitigation of U.S. tax risks, ensuring robust governance and a strong control environment. Champion continuous improvement of the U.S. tax function by advancing process optimization, documentation standards and scalable ways of working.
