Agile Business Analyst

Agile Business Analyst / Scrum Master (Healthcare Domain) Required Skills & Experience Strong healthcare domain experience with hands-on exposure to Medicare and Medicaid programs. Proven experience performing core Business Analyst activities, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, stakeholder management, and solution validation. Working knowledge of: Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, some VB scripts) Business Intelligence (BI) tools SQL (querying, data analysis, and validation) Python (basic scripting and data analysis) Atlassian suite of products : Jira, Confluence, Git etc. Experience working with onshore and offshore teams, including coordinating deliverables and communications across time zones. Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities in partnership with business stakeholders. Daily Stand-up Facilitation Sprint Planning Facilitation Sprint Review & Retrospective Facilitation Agile Metrics & Reporting Managing meetings with onshore and offshore teams Handling cross-team communications and dependencies Business Analysis Activities Requirements Elaboration User Story Creation & Refinement Acceptance Criteria Definition Data Mapping & Business Rules Documentation Stakeholder Requirement Reviews Story QA Reviews UAT Planning, Coordination, and Execution Defect Triage and Resolution Support Requirements Traceability and Documentation Management Preferred Qualifications Experience working in healthcare payer organizations. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Ability to function effectively in a dual Business Analyst and Scrum Master role.
