Overview We are looking for an experienced Busser to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The successful candidate will play an essential role in supporting our service staff, keeping the dining area clean, and assisting with food delivery and drink refills. Responsibilities Table setup and clearing: Quickly and efficiently set up and clear tables to ensure an excellent guest experience. Assisting servers: Help servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and supporting other service-related tasks. Dining area maintenance: Keep the dining area clean, organized, and ready for guests at all times. Guest interaction: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while communicating with customers. Trash area upkeep: Ensure the trash and disposal areas are kept clean and organized. Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a busser or similar role in a high volume restaurant. Positive attitude: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach. Team player: Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while assisting other team members. Detail-oriented: Strong attention to cleanliness and organization. Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and carry out tasks that require movement and lifting.
