Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
