About the Role


We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced e-commerce team. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in driving customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing through high-impact email campaigns and push notifications.


Our team is currently expanding capabilities on a modern customer engagement platform (Braze), giving you a fantastic opportunity to build, innovate, and scale sophisticated marketing programs. Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: End-to-end management of email campaigns, including building, scheduling, testing, QA, and sending.
• Platform Operations: Leverage multi-channel communication capabilities-including email and mobile push notifications-to deliver deals and key messaging to our customer base.
• Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Rigorously test email templates, audience segmentation, and links to ensure error-free execution prior to deployment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Internal Marketing, Vendor Management, and Engineering teams to support rotating product catalog promotions and technical integrations.
• Agile Execution: Rapidly respond to last-minute campaign changes, deal updates, and special marketing events.

Qualifications & Requirements


Must-Haves:

• 1-2 years of hands-on email marketing experience (agency or client-side).
• Enterprise Email Platform Expertise: Experience using modern marketing automation tools (Braze experience is strongly preferred).
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for QA, formatting, broken links, and audience targeting accuracy.
• Adaptability & Flexibility: Strong ability to "roll with the punches" and adapt quickly in a fast-changing, high-volume environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in or near the Dallas-Fort Worth area for on-site work (this is not a remote role).

Nice-to-Haves:

• E-commerce background, specifically working with fast-moving or rotating product inventories.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and engineering teams.
• Exposure to consumer lifecycle marketing and push notification channels.
