About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Marketing for Stadiums to lead the revenue-focused marketing strategy for its portfolio of stadium venues. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and maintaining high standards of marketing performance, with a strong emphasis on revenue growth. This role involves tailoring strategic marketing support to different venue types, markets, and event genres, and connecting venue teams with home office specialists to build revenue-generating campaigns. The Vice President will also be tasked with providing KPIs, benchmarks, and business performance reviews, as well as evaluating and championing emerging marketing technologies to enhance the capabilities of the venue teams. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with at least 10 years' of marketing experience, and a background in marketing at a stadium venue. Experience in marketing large-scale, high-profile events, particularly those with sporting tenants, is highly preferred. The role requires a proven ability to lead, coach, and develop marketing leaders, as well as excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. The Vice President will be expected to mentor and develop marketing team members, stay abreast of industry trends, and ensure the teams are equipped with the necessary resources to execute revenue-focused marketing strategies effectively.
