Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Receptive Counseling LLC, you will undertake various critical tasks including:

• Conducting in-depth therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on relational dynamics and mental health issues.

• Maintaining comprehensive and confidential clinical records in strict adherence to HIPAA and state regulatory guidelines.

• Educating and involving family members in the therapeutic process when beneficial, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

• Building and nurturing collaborative relationships with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care.

• Advocating for clients by effectively resolving crises and emergencies, utilizing your strong problem-solving skills during challenging situations.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations, contributing to a culture of shared learning and professional development.

• Managing a dedicated caseload, ensuring each client receives the appropriate number of therapeutic sessions weekly to fulfill their treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families from the Palm Springs area, many of whom may be dealing with issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and relational conflicts. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
