Kelly is hiring for an Operations Clerk I for a part-time contract role. This highly visible, client-facing position offers the opportunity to support workplace dining operations, onboard new clients, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across multiple client locations throughout San Francisco.

Operations Clerk I
Location: San Francisco, CA (Must be based in the San Francisco/Peninsula area)
Start Date: August 2026
End Date: December 2026
Work Arrangement: Part-Time Contract | Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-2:00 PM (15 hours/week)
Travel Required: Daily travel within San Francisco to various client locations
Visa Sponsorship: Not Available

Responsibilities:

• Support the launch and onboarding of new clients, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of services.
• Provide onsite operational support at client locations throughout the city.
• Serve as a brand representative, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of service excellence
• Troubleshoot platform-related issues and assist clients with account setup, order placement, scheduling, and operational questions.
• Gather client feedback, identify operational challenges, and communicate insights to internal teams.
• Monitor service quality and help drive continuous improvements to the customer experience.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while supporting day-to-day operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Must be based in the San Francisco/Peninsula area and willing to travel daily between client locations.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable learning and using technology platforms and collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Sheets
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Professional, empathetic, and skilled at building positive client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Operations, Customer Support, Client Services, Account Management, Hospitality, or Sales.
• Experience working directly with customers in service-oriented environments.
• Familiarity with operational processes, customer onboarding, implementation support, or field-based support roles.
• Experience supporting client-facing programs, workplace services, hospitality, or restaurant-related operations is a plus.
