Senior Living Residences, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Director in Westfield, MA to oversee the comprehensive care program for all residents, including specialized dementia care. You will train and support CNAs and HHAs, while serving as a liaison with families and external care providers. The role requires an LPN or RN with a Massachusetts nursing license or equivalent, and experience in a senior community.
