Strategic Commercial Counsel for Global Sales
Doist
Axon is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to support sales teams globally. You’ll structure, review and negotiate contracts for SaaS, hardware and services, supervise Contracts Managers, and drive risk governance. You’ll craft policy language and help implement CLM systems while collaborating with lawyers and business partners.
The role requires a J.D. and bar admission, 3+ years negotiating commercial contracts, and international agreement experience. Office-based in the US.
