Now Hiring: Press Brake OperatorLocation: Columbia, SC 29209
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, Full-Time
Hours: typically, four 10-hour shifts Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator for a fabrication shop in the Columbia area. This position involves working with sheet metal parts, custom fabrication, and low-volume production. Responsibilities: - Set up and operate press brake equipment
- Perform general fabrication shop duties
- Operate shearing and turret laser equipment
- Deburr and finish sheet metal parts
- Work with custom-fabricated components and small production runs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Requirements: - Previous press brake experience required
- Familiarity with general fabrication shop operations preferred
- Ability to work with sheet metal and custom parts
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable and able to work independently
