About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global Head of Clinical Development, a senior executive with a strong background in clinical development within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the global clinical development strategy, with a particular focus on aligning scientific, regulatory, and commercial objectives in the U.S. market. This role involves building and scaling a high-performing clinical development organization, integrating translational science and patient-centric endpoints into the strategy, and leading global regulatory engagement. The Global Head of Clinical Development will also be tasked with overseeing global clinical execution, collaborating cross-functionally, and contributing to business development activities. Applicants for the Global Head of Clinical Development position at the company should hold an M.D. or Ph.D. and have a minimum of 10 years' of clinical development experience. A broad therapeutic background is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in women's health, immunology, cardiometabolic, or cell therapy. The role demands a leader who can partner with external stakeholders, establish strategic partnerships, and ensure the success of clinical programs from Phase I to Phase III. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading global KOL advisory boards, as well as a strong ability to refine clinical strategy based on evolving science and unmet patient needs.
