VIP Staffing is Looking for a Receptionist to fill in for a short term assignment with a great company in Albuquerque, NM
This position will be from June 22- June 30th 8:30 am - 5pm , with a 1/2 day of training on June 18th from 1pm-5pm
Pay for this position is $15.00 per hour
As a Front Desk Receptionist you will:
Greet visitors and employees with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Schedule appointments and support internal departments as needed
Maintain visitor logs and follow company security procedures
Provide general office support and complete special projects as assigned
Receptionist candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Six months or more of receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Dependable, professional, and able to work with minimal supervision
