Concierge
A leading healthcare and long-term care organization is seeking a customer-focused Concierge to help create an exceptional experience for residents, families, and visitors. This role is responsible for coordinating hospitality services, fostering a welcoming environment, and serving as a liaison between residents, guests, and facility departments.
The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service while building positive relationships throughout the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesHospitality & Guest ServicesGreet visitors and provide facility tours, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
Welcome new admissions with a personalized greeting and welcome package.
Coordinate service-related activities to support resident and family satisfaction.
Conduct rounds throughout the facility to engage with residents, families, and visitors, addressing concerns and enhancing the overall experience.
Communicate and follow up with department leaders regarding resident or visitor concerns to ensure timely resolution.
Conduct resident entry and exit surveys to gather feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Assist in monitoring satisfaction levels and supporting initiatives that enhance the resident experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a healthcare, hospitality, customer service, or long-term care setting preferred.
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and telephone communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships.
