Concierge- Overnight Shift! (Full Time or Part Time)

Wage: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Concierges for Part-time and Full-time opportunities. You will greet residents and visitors of the building with a warm welcome and assist them as needed. The concierge sets the tone and is a valuable team member of the property.
Keep waiting room glass clean and escalate interior messes to the Environmental Services team when necessary.
Put visitor bands on visitors and collaborate with the hospitality liaison and unit receptionists to locate patients and escort the visitor to the bedside.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
Customer service: Ensures a first impression of great customer service by cordially greeting prospective residents and on-site inquiries.
Maintain the required company standards by wearing the company uniform, stating the company greeting, answering customer questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer upon exit.
Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrences to the local manager in a timely manner.
Helps with community arrangements, such as the moving-in and moving-out procedures
keeps up local knowledge and information sources relevant to the needs of residents, such as transportation, entertainment, and facilities.
Oversees the delivery of all packages, recording arrival details and informing residents of them within a day.
May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists.
Other special projects as assigned by location management.
Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanour when working with the residents, providing resolution as needed to resident issues.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
