Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $27.39 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance and security-related issues.
• Monitor entry points and building activity to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor management procedures, and assist with directions and general assistance as needed.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by communicating clearly with property management and/or emergency personnel, completing required reports, and following Allied Universal post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A current CPR certification is preferred.
• A current guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
