Program Info: Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) MRSS is an in‑community crisis response for young people ages 0‑21. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be delivered in‑home, by phone or video. Crisis interventions include de‑escalation, service linkage and short‑term stabilization management. Job Overview The Case Manager provides case management, outreach, and individualized support to youth in or seeking supportive housing, ensuring their safety, stability, and access to services addressing mental health, substance use, domestic violence, economic challenges, and other needs. The role includes coordinating with vocational and educational partners, offering counseling and crisis support, assisting with medication monitoring, and helping youth secure public benefits and develop recovery strategies. Acenda values evidence‑based practice (EBP). Key Responsibilities Provide case management, outreach, engagement, and support to youth residing in or seeking supportive housing units in Burlington County. Ensure the safety, stability, and well‑being of youth and identify services/supports for youth facing co‑occurring challenges. Liaise with vocational and educational community partners to help youth develop career plans and address obstacles to employment. Provide individual support and counseling, assist with crisis management and medication monitoring. Help youth secure public benefits and develop recovery strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a social service‑related field. At least 1 year of experience working with children, youth or families. Knowledge and/or experience in trauma‑informed care, mental health, and substance abuse. Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle and acceptable driving record. Additional Information Base Rate: $19.23 hourly. Sign‑on Bonus: $1,000. Bilingual: Additional $1.50 per hour if proficient in Spanish. Schedule: Two shifts 8:30‑4:30p.m.; one shift 11p.m.–7p.m.; two shifts 1p.m.–9p.m. plus on‑call overnights, weekends, and holidays in a rotation.
