Position Title Foreign Military Sales Analyst Qualifications 7+ years of experience with FMS case management 7+ years of experience developing FMS cases in the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Acquisition Management, or International Operations Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook Knowledge of defense acquisition systems Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning and organization, decision-making, work delegation, and employee development Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have Knowledge of the Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), and Information Warehouse (IW) Possession of excellent problem-solving skills Master's degree Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or Security Cooperation certification from Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
