Product Design Leader - Banking (AI-Driven, Hands-On)

Gusto seeks a design leader to empower a team of product designers across Wallet and SMB Banking. You’ll balance hands-on craft with people leadership, guiding two products at different maturity stages. As the first Design Leader for Banking, you’ll build rituals, shape design strategy, mentor managers, and partner with PMs, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure compliant, cohesive experiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr Triwill Group
