Anticipated Annual Salary Hiring Range for the role, depending on individual candidate experience, education, and qualifications:

• Business Partner I - $66,241 - $75,000
• Business Partner II - $73,801 - $88,000

Note: These are not the full pay ranges of the role, but where we anticipate making an initial offer. This role has been designated as hybrid, meaning it must be worked a minimum of 50% on-site at a Gilbert facility. That designation is subject to change at the Town Manager's discretion at any time. This is an at-will role and is classified as an FLSA-exempt position.
